In a percentage, how much louder in the cabin is the full cat back compared to just the 14829 and the stock muff? What is the reference number of the resonator you used?

Know what I never asked what one it was lol! I can call and ask though.

Hmm I would say 30-40% more cabin noise tops. But still it's all new and I don;t wanna say yet. Could be an exaggeration cause of the vibration and my hearing is really bad. Some levels of sound I can't hear well due to ear damage. It kind of goes away on the highway when passing 70lol!

The sound at idle and revs is fine but I'm really concerned about interior noise. My 300 was quiet until you punched it, just a little bit throatier at normal speeds.

LOL, maybe I should put an RX300 resonator on the 330! It would be the same system but 300cc more displacement for a little deeper sound.

Yeah it does not sound anything like that. MUCH deeper and stronger. Yeah you can hear it idle but it's pretty quiet idle. Did you watch the second vid I posted?

Yes, but you never got over 45. It wasn't bad at all but I don't want to get beat to death at 70.

Yeah I did not think think posting the highway one really important. Sound quality was not great. I can make another.

I will post the highway one soon. I think I will do it again with the camera over the steering wheel cause it seems to record sound better some how.

Here you go
http://youtu.be/rRw8qigjLSg?hd=1

It's not so bad actually past 55-60mph. But still more noise than usual.

Some vids I am looking at now for the mid muffler magnaflow change I had done today. I will post when I decide the best ones. Not a big fan of the sound, and my interior feels it allot due to it being right under the mid section almost. But dam I loving the boost. I feel like I raised sails on a ship and caught the wind.
Went with 30%... Pretty close to the rear windows but still won't get me pulled over. Has made a big difference in the amount of radiant heat.

In retrospect so far I might use a longer one but I think I am going sound proof the cabin soon. The power I get from this set up is just plain wonderful. Makes me frustrated that Lexus did not figure out a way to keep the power but muffle the sound.

You're scaring the hell out of me, I think I'll use a larger mid muff. Maybe even a Flowmaster with that Delta set up.

Sound deadening is a way of the modder anyway. The cabin on the RX needs it anyways.

Some fun today. This has been sitting in the car for months....

Yes yes clean me!

Instructions in Japanese how wonderful.

It's really cool when you actually realize that the empty space was meant to be there for this part. What a waste the USA never gets this stuff OEM but in Japan it's a common add on.

Gonna hide my air ride controls...
