Took her to TireRack for new shoes. Continental PureContacts. Little more noise and little rougher ride than the OE Michelins. Hopefully better wear and more winter traction will make up for it.

Those beautiful sexy dreamy rims are also on ebay now.

I want them so bad, but I know the streets of NYC will eat them up between the pot holes and the salt and grim, or I'll wake up one morning and they'll magically disappear.

Tires are 255/45/19. Not 255/35/19 like stated before.

Alright it looks like I am finally done with my steering wheel ordeal. I first had the wood grain pianted in jet black, it looked great but unfortunately it kept chipping. Then I had it vinyl wrapped and it felt like crap.
Well finally I sent it in to be professionally redone with the shift ****. Here is the finished product Piano black wood! They also redid the leather around the steering wheel and made it more ample. It looks amazing!

Washing
I know it's an old thread and all. Not sure if you are still an active member, but a question to you or anyone else who might know: How do you wash your car with the roof wrapped in vinyl?
I know it's recommended to hand wash and to avoid pressure washers, but do you really have to wash your car all by hand every time?
Thank you!

Just Bought RX330
Bought an 06 Rx330 with 66K 10 days ago. I noticed oil on the driveway shortly after getting it home. Ended up changing the rack and pinion and outer tie rods. Had a bunch of warning lights going off in the dash so changed the brake light switch. Front brake pads were to the bottom so changed them. Had new tires installed--Bridgestone Alenzas, which I found I like-fairly quiet ride. After alignment, oil change and got a transmission flush with BG treatment, the car is driving awsome. That rack and pinion was a SOB. Don't wish that one on anyone and hope the Cardone rebuilt unit holds up and is worth the 550 bucks.
