I would suggest getting a dealer to drain the hybrid cooling system totally and refilling circulate that through for a week or so then have it done again this should get all the tranny fluid out. That is why only the dealer works under my hood unless my son and I do something.

I'm really finding it hard to believe this post (for instance, to add one cup of any kind of fluid to the inverter reservoir, the reservoir would have had to have been very very low to begin with, low enough to maybe set off the 'check hybrid' warning light (not the check engine light by the way). If your inverter reservoir was that low it would indicate some other pre existing problem (leaking inverter, or leaking transaxle)........but...anyway...
Why was your wife adding tranny fluid to the vehicle anyway? Did it need tranny fluid for something and she put it in the wrong spot, or did it need inverter coolant and she added tranny fluid by mistake?
Any update..it's been almost two weeks? How about a .pdf scan of the repair estimate or can you list what the dealer diagnosis is?
