Power windows wont work

Anyone having issues with their power windows some times not working? For about once every month one of my windows will not close nor open.

How can I fix this? I thought Japanese cars do not have electrical problems like the Europeans.

I have the same problem but not resolved yet.

Also any active Lexus techs on the forum here?
