Default Headlights upgrade

I have an 09 RX350 and its on halogens.

I found this on Ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=400196461005

Has anyone tried these? I'd like to know the quality and fitment of it. I can install these and put an HID kit on it. Most likely the 4300k 55w system.

Thanks!

You can. Id suggest getting TYC lights since they're the best of aftermarket. With that said the aftermarketa will condense really easily for some reason when compared to oem (and even those are known for it).

But I'd do it, much nicer upgrade over the halogens!

You can always add an extra layer of sealant before installing the lights. I did this on my friends X5 and no issues to date (did it last summer).

In addition to the lights you linked to above, there is also another style on ebay with the halo/angel eyes with projectors, which means you can run HID in them. If you have AFS then they probably won't work.

No halos. Don't wanna be a poser. AFS does not come in parabolic halogen headlights.

Your not going to keep AFS and they are NON HID. So I don't see an upgrade here.

We're installing the Midwest LS600h projectors on a customer's car in a few weeks.

Not gonna buy it. Such a deceiving picture in the ad.

These use the parabolas like regular halogen assemblies as these are non hiD assemblies.

Thank you for asking

I wonder if it would be possible to do this:

get a pair of RX hid headlights from junkyard/ebay, wherever, and transfer projectors and chrome housings to non-hid headlights on your car???
