20x10 wheels, will they fit?
hey CL,
Ive been searching about this topic for a long time. I found some information, but havent found exactly what i need.
I moved to Hong Kong recently and i bought a JDM Harrier.
Im looking to purchase a set of 20x10 ET35 for my JDM Harrier, and i wanted to see if itll fit.
I was looking to get 255/40/20 tires, will that cause any rubbing?
Thanks
Cliff

I ran a 22x9.5 +35 with a 265/35/22 with very little rubbing on full lock turns (rubbed when turning with body roll, otherwise didn't rub). I'm guessing you're going to rub. On top of that the wheels may stick out past the fender. I saw an RX300 running 20x10 +35 all around with a 20mm spacer in the rear (making it a +15 rear) and the wheels look like they're poking a bit.
If you search for the wheel threads that I've posted in, you'll see some sizes/widths/offsets that I've tried to at least give you some idea of what may or may not work.

We've tried to put on the Toyota Venza 20", which is 245/50/20 and both the front and rear inner shoulder of the tires are running against the wheel well. I've checked on tirerack and they indicated that the 20" rims option will need 245/45/20... not sure if it will fit tho but maybe you can give it a try.
