Have not done a thing. I have taken pics to send to McGard, not sent it yet.

Or else I have to visit the dealer so they can use their master and give me the code so I can order a key.

Or else I will just bust the 2 remaining locks and not even use locks anymore. I actually busted 1 already but did not move. I will take to my mechanic friend and ask his advise, or he can bust the 2 locks loose.

As mentioned before, going for regular wheels nuts worked for me as well.

I also have the wheel lock nuts but want to replace them with regular nuts.
I have 2009 model with 7 spoke alloy wheel.
Does anyone know the Part Number of the OEM regular wheel nut ?
I want to buy online instead of from the local dealer, if possible.

thanks.

Unless you have the original serial number when you bought the locks, there is no way to determine the lock number.

Dealers have Mcguard master keys they can try out, it is trial and error. Once they see a fit, they can ID the number and it cost $28 to get the key. I read this process on a thread here.

Mandyfig,
I have the key to the lock wheel nut so I can remove them.

I want to replace the lock wheel nuts with the non-lock wheel nuts.
I am asking if any one has the P/N for the non-lock wheel nut from Lexus.
I searched the Sewell Lexus website but didn't see any listing with the non-lock wheel nut.

I had the same thing happen to my car. Took the car to the dealer, had the wheel locks (using the master lock) removed and put on non-lock wheel nuts on 4 wheels - no charge.

I might just bring it over and see if they will charge me. I will even bring the replacement lug nuts.

Or since I have the fllor mat recall, might as well do it at the same time.

Thank you!

This!

Tell the stealership to remove the locks with their master key and replace them with regular lugs. Who's going to steal RX wheels anyhow?

Got that right!

Except that the locks came with the wheels when I purchased my 7 spoke Gunmetal rim so I put them on.

Lost one myself. I called McGard by looking up their phone number on the internet. Then the agent told me to fax or email a picture of the lug nut. I chose to email her a picture of the lug nut using my smartphone to snap and forward it to the provided email. She then replied back confirming of my lug nut code and her extension to call to make the order. It cost me $14 to replace. She came through for me! And, I received my goods 3 days later. ^_^
