Toner-cover and bar noise
I know sedans are much quiter with less interior noise than SUV since it has a trunk, but there is too much nosie coming from the tonneau cargo-cover and the bar area, this is without any groceries in the back. I took cover and the bar out and what a difference..so quiet!! But I rather not have to do that..any ideas or suggestions?

This about luggage cover at the rear, I have been disgusted with the dealer they wanted $110 just for putting in a piece of plastic part on each side of the pillar of the rear door, just to get rid of the noise. will list the part # when I have time.

I assume you mean the rear cover that you slide to hide anything that you might have in the boot (trunk)? What do you mean by a piece of plastic on each side of the pillar of the rear door?
I have an 03 RX330 (04 US). Maybe a picture of what you are referring to?

I know a picture worth a thousand words, what I am referring is the cover ends that hung at the rear door pillar (the grove) needs the parts 67754-48050-B0 to silence the rattle noise. Right now what I am doing is to take the cover off and let the plastic parts at the grove point to 9:15 position that get rid of the noise.

I suspected tonneau cover. Not sure what these groove things are though. I don't remember seeing anything in the back that you could point to a 9.15 clock position. YCL688 can you provide a picture of what you are referring to?

to make matter clearer here is what I am referring to when you unfold the cover one end, near the rear door frame will be latched to hold the cover. There are latches in the grove on both sides. Since I am not using the cover the latches should be at 9:15 position so the rattle noise will not bother you. as for the parts i am referring to it is worth putting in I do not know.

a picture detailing exactly what you are referring to would make this thread a 100 times better. I figure you are talking about the latches that hold the tonneau cover in place or allows it to automatically retract when the rear door is opened. I suspect you mean the tonneau-cover "rails" that are mounted either side of the car that the tonneau cover slides forward and back in. Still have no idea about this 9.15 position you are talking about (nothing in this area suggests a 9.15 position for me) and the part that you are trying to get. Picture will help alot.

I took my 2007 RX350 to the dealer for the VVT-I oil hose replacement. I also mentioned the annoying rattle in the rear hatch area. They were aware of the rattle problem and performed the TSIB NV5016 - Tonneau Cover Latch Rattle repair. The following parts were replaced:
1 67754-48050-B0 Spacer, Back Door TR
1 67754-48060-B0 Spacer, Back door TR
This repair solved the rear cargo rattle for me.
