Side mirror change?
How to change a side (passenger) mirror on RX330?
Has anyone a good DIY for this, mine broke, so I bought used one from ebay.
I looked at mine and looks like I can disconnect wires and remove only a mirror holder itself, but not disassembled all door.
But may be, it's easy to remove a plastic cover inside the cabin, but I'm not sure how far in goes down inside the door and where is main mirror connector.

It's been quite some time since I remove my side mirror. Yes remove the plastic cover
there are I think 3 screws that hold it together and there is a plug, unplug it and the whole module should come out. it should be pretty simple. Since you are not swapping out the mirror covers you should be fine.

It's like two bolts, but bunch clips in perimeter.

The whole door panel will have to be removed.
