Canadian XM Satellite Radios
I live in Toronto, Ontario Canada.
I accepted delivery of a 2010 RX 350. The Car came with Canadian XM six month free service. Unfortunately I can not receive Howard Stern.
Can I subsribe to US Sirius once the 6 month trial period has ended.
Or must I purchase a Sirius adapter. It is my understanding in the US that Sirius and XM have merged.

I do believe you are right as for as the merged company stateside.
And yes, there's not much stopping you from subscribing, other than a small white lie. You have to give them a US address. They'll bill your credit card no problems. They probably mail some stuff to that address, but nothing important. It used to be a joke to subscribe to XM and to give them the corporate address for Sirius.
