Rx 350 rear side marker lense

CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO REMOVE THE REAR SIDE MARKER LENSE SO I CAN REPLACE THE ONE THAT IS ON THE CAR BECASUE IT IS CRACKED

Some people have removed them without taking the bumper off.

The manual says you have to remove the rear bumper to get to the light asembly.
