I have the RX400h which is the same body style as the RX300 and RX330 (looks to be, at least). One accessory I've added is a roof box. This has dramatically increase my hauling capacity, both for vacation trips as well as the weekly trips to the dump. Getting one that will fit and still allow you to open the hatch was a challenge, but I got a great recommendation on a rooftop cargo box that fit perfectly at a site I regularly use called Wantbox.
