How much was the total capital outlay for the conversion?
...and finally broke the 4K!

I had just saved up to do the LED conversion for my RX330. I do have a few questions for everyone that did there's. Are all your LEDs SMD type or are some the regular ones.

Thanks very much for this post. I had no idea we could do so much with the lighting. I only had to see this post to get motivated to do something. I immediately placed a few orders totalling to about £70. Thats roughly around $100.
Only, just today I found out that one of the people you recommend warden_jp2002 has a shop outside of ebay that can do combined shipping saving a bucket load. I emailed him about the costs of shipping and he advised to buy directly from his online shop where the shipping is much less. I think I am looking at a potential saving of about $20 if you go direct.

I'm just about to install my trunk and license plate lights. You said some of the bulbs are looser so you used silicone to connect them. What kind did you use - glue, tape?

Couple of updated decent and color corrected photos for real life examples.
LED's in front and rear. Rear is allot brighter but oh well. Looks great to me cause they look kind of purposeful in a way. The design in the front is in sections and seems to hinder the LED's more than the rears. Interesting cause the LED's I used are identical in both size, width, length and amount.
Plate lights. I had to buy ones with multiple LED"s on every side cause the others were just not bright at all. These really are just right.

I highly recommend this process. You can cheaply and easily modify your ride and it looks freaking cool.
Just did mine this afternoon. I can post pics if needed.
Thanks to the OP.
