If you have purchased the car, you can go to the following site:
http://secure.drivers.lexus.com/lexu...e-summary%2edo
Just sign up and enter your VIN and you can look up all sorts of useful information about your car, service history, warranty, etc.

Yes, the bumper to bumper warranty is 4 years 50,000 miles, so look for any possible fixes you need before you hit the end. No free oil changes, no free maintenance.
The powertrain warranty is 70,000 miles or 6 years, so you have alot of time on that.

If you will keep the car, get an extended warranty.

I mean when you are driving, be especially attentive to any issues or problems you can find with the vehicle so you can take it to the dealer and tell them to fix the problems before the warranty expires.
I don't know if they would inpect the vehicle for free without you having a specific issue, but I'm sure if you paid them they would look it over, but do you really think they would find anything other than something obvious. It helps to be very specific when dealing with service.

Since you have registered at my Lexus. The website should have the maintenance history of the vehicle, if it was done by Lexus. If it doesn't have a listing, the oil changes and minor maintenance would have been done by the person you bought it from or a private shop. If it was done by him or a shop you need to secure the records. Lexus can deny warranty issues if proof of scheduled maintenance is unavailable.

I regularly update my vehicle history at the Lexus Owner's website. Whatever I do for the RX, it is listed as OWNER supplied information. I also keep all receipts and log history of work done on the car. I have a binder with all these. Helps with some history checking. Also will be vital to show evidence of the upkeep of the car whether it is a potential owner asking for even Lexus.
You can start doing the same thing. Worth it.
