Hope I can describe this good enough for some help...
Just noticed I am missing the small flap located in front of the front wheels.
Wondering what it's purpose is and any info on part number to order a new one.

If it's the flap I'm thinking of, I think it only comes on the 400h (something to do with the aerodynamics)

But it sounds like a wind deflector flap.

I believe it's for areodynamics. Picked one up a few months ago for my 2005 RX330, and the part number on the receipt is 53852-0E011. It didn't come with the bolts though. It was about $23 CAD.

Someone posted on here a few years ago that if that flap is missing, the air pressure makes the plastic lining of the wheel well fall out. So...I would make sure it is in there.

It was the same part and I purchased it, and the bolts, from the dealer.

^^ As others have said. It's for aerodymamics.
Think of it as a wind deflector for the tire..

I didn't realize this deflector came on the non hybrid as well. My mistake. Anyway, it's supposed to deflect air around the tire. Same with the cover for the spare tire and the shields in the corners under the rear bumper.
