On the base of the wiper blade near the glass. The arm assembly will only lift up an inch or so. There is a small plastic cover on the base. Pull on both of the sides at one time. And it will lift off. Once its off. The arm will go up like the ones in the front.

Your advice is great, wish Lexus had put it in the owner's manual, also I found out the auto parts stores don't stock the rear blade, only available at Lexus.

thanks kiwi, but you mean by pulling 2 pcs plastic on the blade? any pics so I can figure out what you are talking about. hope you can help me clearly on this, thanks
If you are talking about just sliding in a new blade, and reusing the metal arm assembly/holder, then you just flex the blade outward in the middle of its length. This "shortens" the blade length, and you can then wiggle one end of the blade free. Then you just slide it out to one side.
I got it! it very easy, just pull the base wiper blade cover where the base of the the blade crew down to the window, after I pull that cover off, I was able to lift the blade up higher and remove the wiper blade.
