well my only idea is that you held down the unlock button unknowingly activating the "hot day" feature which opens all windows plus sunroof to air out the car. But the car automatically re locks the car if you unlock it and dont open the doors within a minute or so

I've done that before working around the house with my keys in my pocket. That would be my guess also. Easy to do when you have something else in your pocket like a golf tee, pencil, change, etc. that can press down on the open button.

I can not really comment that, but I have also the strange case, somedays only left windows can be operating from drivers seat, and other days all of them are working, I dont have any idea how it is happening, LK

I have had the same thing happen, it's the key in the pocket and the button gets pushed when you lean against something like the counter. I was hearing the beeping in the garage ad figured out that was what happened.

This is due to the window lock switch being press down. When this happens, only the driver side window can be raised/lowered.

I just went out and tried this feature, its pretty cool. So is there away to roll up the windows using the key fob?

Key (not the remote) lock and hold, if I am not mistaken

i guess on newer models, it is key lock and hold until it goes up, but this may not work for you. If your Lock button is the same as your Panic button, then you do not have the feature to roll up the windows using the key fob. this will instead turn on your alarm. i am not sure if RX's without the PWR (rear) door has a seperate panic button.
you can however stick the key into the lock on the door handle and turn it clockwise and hold. this will close all windows
