Repair Manual for 08 RX350

Where can I get a repair manual for my RX ? I don't do anything major but can do oil changes, brake jobs and flush the radiator. Just like to have a little guidance when tackling these simple jobs with pictures or good illustrations, torque specs, etc. I have a Bently repair Manual for my BMW but I noticed that they don't even make one for Lexus. What do you recommend ?

Or go to any BM Auto store and buy the Chilton's Toyota Highlander/RX330 Manual, I have one and it is pretty straighforward for the stuff you want to do.
