Default Cold Start Vibration

I purchased a new 09 RX350 last month. The car is almost perfect except the strong engine vibration and noise when i am backing out the garage every morning and heading back home after work. The vibration goes away when the engine is warm. There is also slight engine/trans vibration from the steering wheel. Is this normal for RX350?

I've never noticed anything like that with our 09. nor do i recall reading about anything similar on the forums. hopefully someone will have a theory. doesn't sound right to me. especially no colder than it would be in NC.

idle rpm is around 1100-1200 at cold start. Once it drops to around 800 the vibration and noise is much less.
