Dude, where's my seat heat and car height knobs?

I'm going on a trip soon so I'll have some more in car time and I'll learn more about it.

Seat heaters become more important with age - not it's age, yours. While undeniably useful for applying heat to your backside on a cold morning, I find myself using them for therapeutic purposes even in summer.
After a couple of days of recently unaccustomed physical labor as a videographer/pack mule in 100+ degree weather, I settled into the driver's seat of my RX, turned up the AC AND the seat heat, dialed up a soothing CD and set out on an 8-hour drive home.
It nearly worked too well. Within an hour the cool cabin, the warmth of the seat on my abused back muscles, and soft music (not to mention little sleep in the past three days) had me nodding off at the wheel. OK, seat bolt upright, AC to "cold", seat to "broil", and a few hot jazz CD's lined up and a pit stop for a pint of black coffee - I was road ready again. Seven more hours and a LOT of coffee later, I was home - and wired. But my back felt great!
