Tune up is pretty much all you can do, unless u want a new engine
1. spark plug/wires
2. oil change
3. tranny oil change
4. air filter.
5. clean MAF sensor, if it has one.
6. fuel injection cleaner

You need to give more info, Does it have problems getting up hills, is it slow starting off at lights? When was the last time the plugs have been changes. The more info you give the better the chance you will get a good answer.
Sometimes when cat gets old it clogs the exhaust and doesn't allow the engine to breathe. If the cat hasn't been changed that would be a good place to start.

The plugs have been changed recently...approximately 1 month ago...
After the change it has been better but still there is still that power loss.
I am having problems when i am going up hill...like i see the speedometer dropping...pretty quickly...
When I am at a light ...it feels as if there is not enough power but when i get to about 5 or 10 mph....the power kicks back in and it feels fine....

I would check for the engine cylinder pressure.
FYI, I had 92 honda accord with 287K and still felt powerful but I changed my oil every 2k.
How often did you change your oil? Are you the original owner?

I am not the original owner...i bought the car when it had 108k miles on it about 6 years ago. The owner worked as a mechanic at Toyota so i know where he got his work done!
The power is not coming back now...since i did all of those changes...so its good...I will look into the cylinder pressure...
Thanks for the info...

coolhand has a good point on the engine cylinder pressure.
A vehicle that old can have issues. My uncle and I see some really bad compression issues with vehicles that old. Restore is a product that I have used in the past with good success to help clear up compression issues.
