I don`t have an answer for you but I just wanted to let you know that I have a 2007 RX 350 and mine listed for 45706. I got the navigation system because I wanted the Mark Levinson system and was told that I had to get the Navigation system in order to get that. I don`t think that I got the Mark Levinson system because it doesn`t say that on the dash. I love the car so I just forgot about it.

You are right rtm. My 2007 has nav. but no Levinson sound. It's a fine system as is tho.
