Default I saw the TSB link under the jam post below but

is their a seperate listing by year, by vehicle like there used to be. Those lists sure are nice so you know exactly what to mention during a service visit to get items repaired under warranty.

I'm sure there is.... I'm not a regular user of the Alldata site. Their vehicle-specific lists have been just titles, at least in the past, so I didn't think they were very useful.
I stumbled across this page listing TSB's by manufacturer through a Google search a couple of months ago.

You can't just walk into a dealer and ask them to do what TSB # such-and-such is for. The car has to show the problem. That's why the full text of the TSB is useful... they often apply to specific problems and specific serial number ranges. The TSB also tells you what they will do to fix the problem, so you can decide if it's worth the hassle. Some fixes may be time-consuming and/or require a lot of disassembly which could lead to accidental scratches or damage.
