Motor Oil Recommendation by Lexus.......

All,

What does Lexus recommends for the motor oil on the Rx330? Conventional or Synthetic??

You can use either........just make sure it's the correct grade in your case, I'm guessing 5W 30.

I'm a fan of synthetic personally......Amsoil or Mobil1 are the most popular around here.

They are shipping the 400h with castrol synthetic blend from the factory according to my dealer. And there is full synthetic toytota 'world oil' in the 400h transmissions.
