seriously, they made the front overhang worse and the front tires are practically touching the edge of the door.

The thing I'm most interested in is whether or not you are able to get all the options from the luxury version on the F sport. Too many times it seems like the F sport you get limited options. The price list will be nice too.

Agree, but possibly safety/crash-worthiness plays a role in the overhang...

I am still driving 2000 rx 300 and currently looking for a new ride. My final choice is 2015 Murano or 2106 Rx.

I find my self not like the design rather than the very first rendered image (from Japanese magazine) which looks very nice. The front over hang is redicious big and low. And interior doesn't have the elengent feel lexus used to have.

I wish lexus has done the grill design like next gen GLE AMG.

So very true.
Though I'm not too crazy about the front overhang
Interior looks pretty sweet.
Sort of reminds me of Audi, with their Beaufort wood trim, with the metal inlays. Classy touches.

Wow, I don't envy your task... tough choice.
I REALLY like the way the Murano design flows.

I rather like the refresh on the GLE.
The designers really did a nice job, as the front end I find is neat, and tidy. (referring to the GLE front end)

like the styling (nx couped), but LOVE the attention to people who want a sportier RX. the F-sports rx was really nothing special a couple better suspension parts that someone could probably order online and do over the weekend. This one has Active Roll Stabilization. OH MAN If this thing can drive and punch above the 3rd gen and can compare to the germans, count me on board.

I`m also assuming the best time to buy this model will be next year this time the waiting begins
Plus I assume this car will bump up significantly in price compared to the outgoing RX

i'm with you. it may be 'bold' (in a mad max kind of way) but it's NOT elegant. it's just weird. to much going on.

i also can't stand leather boots around auto shifters. they just look sloppy to me and collect dirt.

I was really hoping that this would clear the air between my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit vs 16' RX decision.
this is no glamor shot but i do think the jgc summit is elegant and beautifully proportioned. note short front overhang and no black crap over wheel arches!

but the new rx will sell well anyway and besides design it obviously has a ton of upgraded features.

I totally don't get the mouse-like controller either!! I was SO expecting it to have the touch pad like the NX has!! I LOVE everything else about it though. My 2006 RX will definitely be turning into a 2016 RX!!

If the 2016 RX has the side profile design of 2015 Murano with front grill design from GLE AMG shall looks very HOT!

So 2105 Murano or 2016 RX. Tough choice.

2015 Murano is not that impressive in terms of interior materials/fit/finish and driving dynamics. I don't think there will be that much cross shop. The Murano has been, and will still be for people that want an RX but can't afford it.

I'm likeing the FSPORT look with those 20 inch rims. Great interior as well.

Now give us a new powertrain to compete with the germans!

Extremely sharp! I see they liked the Murano's 'floating roof' design. I have been trying to find an NX equipped the way I like...but, now I am going to wait until I see and drive the new RX.

Now...Lexus...if you are reading this...PLEASE be sure to distribute the new RX to the south east US region WITH the triple LEDs...we cannot find any on the NX in this region and Lexus Corporate said they were not being distributed to all areas...so please do not hold back on the RX the same way!
