I have had 2001 RX300 for a while with 120K miles on it.
I have VSC light on for a while, but I did not realize it was a big issue, so I just ignored it. Yesterday after I filled gas, "check engine light' was turned on. I checked the cap of gas tank, it was fine. I was kinda nervous about it, so today I went to AutoZone to have my car checked.
Here is the result: P0441. Evaporative Emission System Incorrect Pressure Flow.
Honestly I have no idea what is going on. Can anyone give me suggestion on this issue?
Another thing: 4 months ago when I had engine oil change (mobil syn high mileage oil) , I was told the engine oil was leaking and the gasket need to be replaced. So I watch out the oil level after that. The oil level is totally fine so far. Wondering if the light issues are related to the oil leaking.

The EVAP system consists of many parts, including (but not limited to) the gas cap, fuel lines, carbon canister, purge valve, and other hoses. The (EVAP) emission control system prevents the escape of fuel vapors from a vehicle's fuel system. Fuel vapors are routed by hoses to a charcoal canister for storage. Later, when the engine is running a purge control valve opens allowing intake vacuum to siphon the fuel vapors into the engine.

You cant really look at the cap and inspect it fully because mine appeared ok but it was not working on the inside anymore i'm guessing. But if thats not it then i would say the next thing is to check your solenoid for Fuel Vapor Canister, RX300 is under the rear end, easy to get to, i had to replace this as well, i bought mine from https://www.tlsautorecycling.com/ for $165 but im guessing the price goes by how many miles is on the vehicle which they show a video of the donor vehicle so you can see how many miles is on it.
