Radio/Locks/Lighting Issues

Radio/Locks/Lighting Issues
Greetings. I recently bought a used 2001 Lexus RX 300 (Toyota Harrier) and i'm having a few issues.
1. The center console lights up but doesn't show any information, so the radio is unusable (no sound whatsoever), and the climate settings are not visible.
2. All the doors have to be locked manually individually.
3. The interior lights don't turn on when you open the door.
It seems that the past owner had his own sound system installed, since there are loose wires by the glove compartment.
As long as I can get the radio working again that would be great.
EDIT: Already checked all the fuses.

Congratulations and welcome to CL
It will be very hard to diagnose your issues over the net specially if some one has altered the wiring. In any case, I would urge you read the user manual and the sticky threads. One you narrow down the problems you can read the 'door lock actuator diy'.
