Hello team,

I have a rx 300 01 that the driver side headlight comes on (looks dis colored ) and then goes off after a min or so any ideals? bulb or something else.

yes I do on the low beams

Ok, if you've replaced the hid bulb with a cheap 20$ set from eBay or amazon that will most likely be the issue, you have to use oem, but if it just started doing this recently your ballast might be on their last legs. Usually the ballast is at fault, it happend to me, the light came on then it shut off, then a few times of igniting the bulb it would just flicker, what sucks is that the ballast are inside the headlight housing and you have to remove the whole headlight (A PITA) and then to top it off the ballast are 100$ a pop.

You can try moving the left bulb to the right bulb and if the problem moves then it is the bulb. If it remains on the same side then trace back to ballast etc.

Thanks for the info ! i will start with the bulb and go from there ! note they are the original bulb/ lamps with the suv.
