Default Noise when first starting car and backing
Noise when first starting car and backing out of garage, But, after driving the noise does not exist. Sounds like rear brake dragging, but all brakes have been replaced (pads and rotors). Any ideas?

Is it humid where you live? My rotors tend to rust on most of my cars if they sit for a while and they will make some noise until you hit the brakes good and clean them off.

It has been awhile since the brake fluid was changed. Also, emergency brake could be an issue?

Parking brake can be a problem if you engage it and release it before moving.
