Not, Switzerland does not form part of the European Union, the prices are in Switzerland Francs.
1 Swiss franc = 0.7498 USD (United States Dollars)

I make that $62650 for the top of the line model with the optional air suspension and HIDs. Interestingly there appear to be some prices on the toyota.co.jp site for the new model Harrier - they range from $24000 for the 2WD base model to about $31000 for the "AIRS" model which I assume has the air suspension.

The figures in the final column are prices x 10 000 yen


Admittedly the new Harrier keeps the old 3.0l V6 and if the equipment levels are similar to the current model Harriers then it will also have cloth seats with manual adjust as well - leather and electric seats were factory options on mine. It also has the Toyota badge rather than the big L.

Even so a bit of a price difference ...
