Default Headlight out, no voltage at connector

I just picked up an '01 RX300 (big thanks to this forum, already fixed the airmix and mode servos and got the heat working!) and it has a problem with the drivers side headlight.
I replaced the bulbs, and the headlight was still out. Checked fuses, looked good, replaced them anyways and the light was still out. Checked the connectors with a multimeter: 12v at the passenger side (engine off, lights on) and 0v at the driver.

So I'm getting no juice to the driver side connector. Couldn't see anything wrong with the connector or any of the wires that I could see, but I didn't dig too far into it yet.

Any ideas what I should check next?

I actually figured it out today and it was stupid simple - the bulbs were switched between fogs/low beams. They are the same connector/bulb and consequently someone previously had installed them in the wrong positions, so all I had to do was swap it.

I turned the headlight on and noticed the driver's side fog was on and I did not have the fogs turned on. Turned the fogs on, and the headlight lit up.

So for anyone having a similar problem, check first if the light comes on with fogs

Glad you sorted it out, though things still do not add up for me.

Fog light can only turn on with the light stalk switch on Parking lights on or beyond.
The fogs should cut out when the High Beam is turned on.

Hi salim, when ligh switch was turned to low beams were on (fogs off) the passenger side low beam was illuminated, and drivers side fog was illuminated. When I also turned fogs on, then both passenger and driver side low beams and fogs were all on. This is how I figured out they were switched.
