How to unlock door. Put child lock in "on" position..now cant open rear passenger door at all inside or out

The expected behavior with the lever in door jamb set to child lock is:
1. The door release from inside will not open the door
2. The door lock set from inside or remote will lock the door and then the door release lever from outside will not open the door.

At this time I suspect that your door is locked.

There is a slight possibility is that door is not fully shut. You can try pushing the door from outside till the door seams match.
