Default Valve Cover video and wire set rx300 1st Gen

Been leaking for months...went from 5/30 to 10/30 Mobil 1...High milage...don't know if the leak is because of the new oil instead of using Valvoline....
Need some recommendations on that.

Also....need a video on the replacement of the Valve Cover Gaskets...year 2000..I have near 230k
and will also will be replacing the Wire Set...
Need a brand on the Wire set..and cost.

I've read that oil issue might be due to PCV valve so I'll get a new one on that.
Was told to also get Intake gaskets as well...

Read that one poster ran some Sea Foam through the intake manifold and that
helped as well....is this correct?

I will also replace the plugs on this job.

Need opinions...thx a bunch guys...usually get stuff from Rock Auto...hasn't failed yet

The RX300 does not have ignition wires, it has coils.

I solved my valve cover leak, by re-torquing the hold down bolts. If you gaskets have shrunk but not broken then it can work for you too. I got torque wrench on most and est on couple of bolts only.

Does not have ignition wires! Then why does Rock Auto state that they do as shown on their website. I assume it's the wires that connect to the coils. If those can be replaced or should...what are they called?.

So...on the re-torque...you loosened all the hold down bolts and re-tightened!! What is the torque # u used. I might as well try that first before buying the set. Was going to do the intake gaskets as well as change the plugs and PVC...really haven't done any sort of major repair since 02...and 200k miles later. Plug change yes...and sensors yes...but gaskets...none yet so I was wondering how to approach this.
thanks
