Default High pitch squeak at idle that goes on and off

Just recently our 2001 RX300 with 85K developed a squeak at idle, it normally appears when the engine is warm and it sounds like a belt squeak, however when listening to it, a click of a switch of some kind in the engine compartment (thermostat, heater, alternator, a/c) will eliminate the squeak...then hear another click and the squeak comes back. The click is turning something on and off, not sure what...kind of like an A/C going on and off, and the squeak is tied to this going on and off. All belts, timing belt and water pump was replaced at 67K. Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

I think the first thing to suspect is the accessory drive belt. Possibly the tension wasn't correctly set when it was replaced. I think I recall reading on this forum that it should be OEM-branded.

Check the accessory belt tension. [Adjustment is on the alternator]
