Maybe you're congested? :0)

All kidding aside, perhaps it's a window seal that has collapsed? When do you hear the whistling sound?

no, it is not a sound from wind or thing like this. is a thick sound like you take a breath.
i m sure it is a engine sound maybe from transmission.

I'm new to my Lexus RX 300 awd, and I've been getting use to all the different sounds the car makes.Sometimes I hear the vent doors ,that are probably vacuum operated making hissing/gargling sounds. You may have a vacuum line that broke/came off...?

No vacuum for the servos .. they are motor driven .. general opinion is that the motors are of poor quality.

You can make a video, upload it to youtube and post the link here.

Or make an audio file and put it on an online service (something like soundcloud) that will let you play it before downloading.

If you happen to have an iPhone, they have a built-in app called Voice Memo that records sounds very very well. I use it birding to record bird songs I'm having trouble identifying (Cerulean Warbler). It saves it to a file you can export.
