Default best app (android/iphone)for lexus rx300 elm327r

hi guys,
I bought a mini ELM 327.
no code everything ok. But i want to improve MPG (now is 13.5 a/c onn city driving)
(i bought spark plugs, MAF sensor and will change soon)
Does someone has standards and range for best results for RX300 like below (when applied)

I hear Torque Pro is apparently the app to use.
Can you post your readings? I just ordered one, I want to compare them to mine.

Torque Pro is great. You can use the free version if you don't want to pay or want to try it out before buying the pro version.

Edupim, if you want standards, you have to at least say under what conditions. Idle? 30mph? 60mph? 120?!

I normally use in city and the average is 17 mph - a/c on, car empty. There is no highway here.
what about xp applications ? i have a notebook (lenovo). Is better than app (smartphones?)
can i store information from torque pro ? my lexus is awd 93k, pour gas in brasil

you can record certain PIDs. then export as a csv (exel) file.

not sure about xp programs.
