2003 RX 300 CEL and VSC

The CEL light came on and then the VSC light came on right after that. The code thrown was a p0134 and when I cleared the code with my handy ScanGuage the lights didn't come back on. Now that was about 3 months ago and the same thing just happened again. No noticeable performance or mileage issues. Any thoughts on what may be causing this?

You need to test/replace your A/F sensor. Do a search here, you will find all the information you need including a DIY picture guide.
