Default RX300 Front Clicking and Grinding Sound When Braking

My driver's side front tire when pressing the brake makes a sound like metal is clicking or grinding. This happens at moving at idle speeds. It's very apparent at driver throughs or going over speed bumps. I've had the pads replaced and the sound went away for about 2 weeks and now it is coming back. If I am currently braked and the car is stopped but the brake pedal is not total depressed, and I then depress the pedal all the way, it will still make this sound. I've had 3 mechanics look at it and cannot find the noise. Any suggestions what may cause this?

I think I'm close to needing new rotors so I may replace them and the caliper on that wheel along with the pads again.
