00 rx300 check engine light !!! needs a little TLC
i have a 2000 Lexus rx300 AWD with 134xxx miles on it and recently my check engine light has become illuminated and while i was going to go check it out at a local repair shop and the light turns off for a week. then today i get and my car and drive to the store and i get back into my car and turn it on the check engine light came on it. the light doesn't blink and is steady and i took it to auto-zone to check out what the problem could be so here are some pictures of the results and there were three different readings
the car doesn't jerk and it runs like a angel

Those codes refer to your air/fuel sensor on bank 1. That is the 3 cylinders closest to the firewall. Has it ever been changed before? If not, it may have gone bad, causing your last code, the lean condition. Before throwing money into a new sensor, confirm to make sure the sensor itself is still good or bad.
