RX300 won't start, no light on dash board
Parking in a underground parking for one week. When I picked up the car, it seems to be out of battery. Valet tried to jump the car and alarm went off non stop. After reading several threads, I use the key to open driver side door and the alarm went off.
Now head lights work and remote alarm key also works but I can't start the car. Also when the key is in the ignition switch to the ON position, there is no light on the dash board.
Pls help! Thanks in advance.

It sounds like the battery is done for, and some batteries such as this one won't even start a car with a jumper cable attached.
I'd pull the battery, and get it tested. I have a feeling it will fail.

sounds like your engine immobiliser has kicked in.
You need to reset the engine immobiliser put the key door and lock, and unlock a few times and then use the remote to lock and unlock this will reset it.
If not someone has fried something if no dash lights that bit worries when you have headlights. I don't have a stock key any more but i suspect the battery discharged completely at some point.

The imobilizer kills the spark.
Does your starter spin the engine? From your post it seems starter is not working.

In Recovery Mode

Just reset the ECU. That will kill all of the settings you had set before in the vehicle. I think hypervish is right in that your battery drained out, left a light on or something, either try to get that batterycharged, or replace it. Is there any power options or lights working inside? If not, it's the battery.
Just my 3 cents

On my RX the Neg (gnd) has a red mark and if you try to go by color, it can be misleading.

If it is possible, can you please give me a link to a good instruction to disconnect a battery, safely?
Thanks again!
