So I was changing my rear interior light bulb and removed the unit. Put everything back in and went back inside. The next morning went to drive the RX and I have no screen for controls. It is just blank. I check the fuse in the cabin and it isn't blown. I checked the brightness controls and they are all good too. What else could this be? Is there another fuse location?

LCD screens are popular for going out on Lexus, or any vehicle for that matter. Just replace the screen LCD. Did you check the "cigarette lighter fuse"? try that if you didn't...

Try disconnecting battery for 20 mins

There are 2 fuse location
1, by the driver left knee
2. In the engine bay along the fender between battery and firewall.

How's the battery? Weird things can happen if the battery is weak.

Thanks for all the help. It was the dome light fuse. It seems it blew when trying to replace. I also tried to replace with LED's and it just won't fit #anger.
