I'm wondering the same thing as well. The struts and mounts should still be in decent condition. You only need to shop for springs of your choice and pay for labor.

Thanks guys, yes, I did replace the struts in 2012 with the KYBs (not original Lexus OEMs). I didn't replace the mounts or springs though. So I will try that, buy the K&R springs and mounts, and get them installed. Will let you know how it works out!

Not sure which KYB's you swapped with, but good luck and hope you will have the firmer suspension you are looking for!
