Default Which kit for bluetooth and iPhone in 2001 rx

K, so I just got a 2001 rx300 silversport non-nakamichi. My head is spinning from the different options for bt/iphone hookup. Grom, Parrot and Dice seem to be the main three. Can you fill me in on what my best option would be? Here is what I'd like to ideally do.

-Speakerphone through BT with external mic.
-Play music through my iPhone thru the dock connector (not stream thru BT)
-Charge thru the dock connector

Thoughts? Thanks ahead of time!

Here's a few shots of my new car!

Well, I decided to get the GROM aux in, bluetooth adaptor, and iPod cable. We'll see how it goes.

Welcome to Club Lexus!
The RX look's great, good find! Is that some sort of phone mount I see on the left side of the silver trim?
I have an iSimple IS77 hooked up to integrate my iPhone (charging + audio). Let us know how the GROM works out.

It was some Velcro the previous user used. It's off now.

Got the parts already and they work great except for noise that is only coming through the right side speakers. I've been on tech support a couple times, but they can't seem to figure it out. If they can sort that out, this will be great. I can't deal with this noise though.

They are sending me a replacement unit and we'll see if that fixes it.
