99 Rx300 console drawers

Do the center console drawers come completely out for cleaning? I bought my Rx used and I can feel the sticky in there where someone spilled stuff. Any thoughts are appreciated, thanks!!

I've had them all out -- I can't remember how I did it for sure, but I think it was pretty easy.
