Default Maintenance suggestions at 200,000 miles

Have a 99' RX300 bought certified used in '01 and was lucky enough to get a new engine and transmission both close to expiration of the 100,000 mile extended warranty. After some additional repairs for a few years it's been completely trouble free for the past fews years, runs great, and I would love to be able to keep it for as long as possible. Had the timing belt/water pump and new spark plugs put in and maintain the fluids. But at 200k and 13-years on the road I'm wondering what items need to be replaced as I don't want to get stranded:
1. Drive belts - last replaced 65k miles ago - ready for change?
2. Hoses - I can't find anything about changing hoses. I believe they are the original. What hoses are there, and do they need changing?
3. Transmission filter - been draining and re-filling every 20k but don't think the transmission filter has ever been changed - is this needed and is it cleaned or changed? I'm a little spooked by the tranny given the prior failure at 90k and the vehicle's track record with failed tranny's.
4. Anything else?
Thank you in advance.

Welcome to ClubLexus!

You are certainly lucky with the New Engine and Transmission. I would think that most of the hoses would have been replaced when the engine and transmission were replaced, but maybe not. I would periodically change the coolant, per Lexus recommendations, and the brake fluid.

You might eventually have some issues with the fuel tank evaporative system, but that should give check engine warnings. You might eventually have issues with the heater/AC servos but they give warning too. You should be good for many years and many miles, unless neglected engine coolant (radiator) service and neglected brake fluid service in the past catch up to you. Then, there is stuff like the A/C system; which could go for years or fail for any of us.

I doubt it`s a new trans.with the updated planetary gear set up. Probably just a production line reman,so I would definitely take good care of that baby.

Default Questions after reviewing prior work orders

Thank you for the replies. Checked the old work orders. The tranny was a "reman automatic tran", did not mean to say it was brand new. Hope it holds up as it now has 110k on it. Are 20k drain and re-fills enough or should I do more and/or should I be changing/cleaning the filter - is it a screen or filter?

The engine replacement work order states replaced short block, drive belts, gasket kit, oil pan, oil and filter, timing belt, fluid seals and fluids but I don't see any hose replacement. I have no idea what hoses are in the vehicle - I'm seeing radiator hoses and bypass hoses in a google search.

Any help is again appreciated.
