I just found this Lexus part on eBay. They had two; I ordered one. $12.95 for shipping, 100% positive feedback. My daughter's, which I had replaced once with a used one, has been getting noisier and noisier, but I hated to spend $170 for a new one. This was easier to swallow! I don't know how to post a link, but it was still on there this afternoon. Located in Shriveport, LA.

I may be trying to do this in the near future with a cheaper aftermarket motor. My antenna isn't quite dead yet, but it never got use south of the border given I had XM Radio, but my neighbor has an RX300 whose antenna is dead, so we may both go ahead and replace at this time.

I think you're way more skilled than I am. I took the first motor assembly apart and couldn't solve the problem!
