Does any one know where or how to get a right hand drive front seat?
Want the full 6 ways adjustments for my right front seat and was thinking a right hand drive driver seat would work. My wife wants to be able to adjust the passanger seat as she does the driver. Anybody have any experience with this? Thanks in adivance.

Sounds like a nice idea . not sure how the memory setting(s) would work for the passenger seat, but worth pursuing.

You may run into sub-woofer problem. The more I think about this ... it might be the show stopper.

all depends whether the seats are hooked up through main control unit or not. If not, then get the door open panel (with the buttons) and the attaching cable to the seat, and the seat.

I will be going to a hong kong junkyard (if i can find one and get past the language barrier) next week. I'll try and see if they have one.

You can also search Australia car parts sites, or UK car parts sites.

Jamaica might be the closet place in this hemisphere since they sell the RHD Harrier there and when I was last there in 2007 I did see at least one junkyard with some Harriers in it.

It might also be possible (and also way easier) to reconfigure a driver's side seat from a U.S. model in terms of where the buttons are.

Not worried about the dash presets, Just to be able to move the six ways.

Maybe I was not explicit enough .... sub ... the sub sits underneath the passenger seat and this most probably prevent up/down movement. Then you are back to front/back & recline forward/backward.

thanks for the info on the sub. Guess my wife will just have to do the driving fon the long trips

You would definitely have to remove the sub...........also the wiring harness is different, you would probably have to cut-off the original harness end, and splice it into the newer right hand drive.

That is probably doable, since the controls are universal, but then the armrest and airbag would be reversed.

Just took apart the passenger side seat swirch and the up and down/tilt capabilities are missing inside. Probably on purpose due to the sub woofer.
