Default Just bought a 99 rx300

Hi I'm new to this forum and recently purchased a 1999 rx300 with 164k miles for $4600. I shopped around and this one caught my eye. I bought it from the second owner who purchased it at 125k miles and he did nothing but oil changes and the spark plugs. Timing belt cover has a sticker from Lexus showing timing belt was done at 110k.
My question is, with the second owner doing nothing but spark plugs from 125k Til 164k (now). What should I replace and or change. I'm looking to give it a big service this week because I've read about how bad the transmissions can be. Any advice or list would be appreciated on what to do. Thanks in advance and here are some pics.
Thanks Joey

Complete fluids change, oil, brakes, transmission drain and refill, radiator, power steering. Filters, check for leaks, clean and condition leather, wash, wax, enjoy.

DO NOT have a transmission flush done! Either have someone do it that simply cycles the fluid through (that's what I prefer, by disconnecting the return hose to the trans. fill and run till 1st air bubble and do again till fluid comes through nice and red) or do a drain and fill (a little easier but I don't like mixing nice new fluid with 2/3 dirty fluid) I repeat, DO NOT let anyone hook a flushing machine to the trans., unless you have another $5k laying around to replace the trans. See if there is any way you can get records of the services done because if the coolant has been replaced with genuine Toyota red coolant, that stuff is expensive, and will almost last the life of the car. DON'T put something like Prestone "all vehicle" coolant in, it is a different coolant and NO WHERE NEAR the quality of the OEM red. The reason the OEM red is so expensive is IT'S WORTH IT!

BTW- very nice car!
