When fully warmed up and all elec load on, 1200 in park is still high.

Tell us what the rpm reads at operating conditions and elec load. The cold idle (high idle) is not so important.

Like I said 750 at fully warmed up with load. The idle is perfect. All that's left is to change the belts as the last time they were changed was at 90k.
