Default 2001 RX300 Transmission Fluid

I was recently told that I have a transmission fluid leak due to a bad gasket. When I attempted to check the level of the transmission fluid, I couldn't find a reference in the manual as to location in the engine well to do so. Opening the hood I couldn't find the transmission fluid reservoir.

Would someone please tell me how you check the transmission fluid level? Thank you in advance.

The transmission dipstick is orange and on the right front of the engine (standing in front of the car facing the engine), it has a little clip on it to secure it to the top of the dipstick tube. The engine oil dipstick is the other one to the left, it's yellow. Checking the transmission fluid level is a bit more involved than the engine oil. It's different when the transmission is hot or cold and you have to go through a couple of put into gear, rev, and take out of gear, cycles.
